NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE REMOVAL OF A POLICE OFFICER PURSUANT TO THE PENNSYLVANIA POLICE TENURE ACT
Notice is hereby given that the Council of East Bangor Borough, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on the removal of Police Chief Robert Mulligan pursuant to the Police Tenure Act. The hearing will be held for the purpose of considering the charges filed in writing against the said Officer and any written answers thereto. The hearing will be held on February 3, 2026 at 5:30 PM at the East Bangor Volunteer Fire Company Social Hall, 30 East Central Avenue, East Bangor, PA 18013. At this hearing, the Officer against whom the charges are made may be present in person and by counsel. The general public is invited to attend.
